Lutz Meinert

The manifold fields of work of the in1958 native-born Berliner always were stamped by art and technology. So he worked after completed studies of education and dramatics as media educationist, musician, composer, web designer and photographer.

At intense occupation with photography and computer engineering Lutz Meinert detected his passion for digital painting. The almost limitless possibilities of the digital imaging enabled an utmost efficient experimentation with most different forms of expression.

Out of resulting of that since 2000 arise constantly pictures. Although at this photos are the main starting material by their abstraction the photorealistic heir is only reflected partially, also occasionally stark covered. In point of fact the manifold works of art of Lutz Meinert mostly show a expressionist until surrealistic style, which sometimes goes wholly abstract art or takes up another elements of style like pop-art.
